All flight bookings made through EasyToursTravels.com are subject to the fare rules and refund policies of the respective airlines. These policies vary depending on the airline, class of service, and fare type selected.

  • Some flight bookings may be completely non-refundable as per airline policy.
  • Date and time changes are subject to airline availability and approval.

2. Cancellation Process

Customers can cancel bookings through one of the following methods:

  • By calling our customer service helpline.
  • By emailing us directly.

Note: Cancellations requested through any other method or platform will not be honored.

3. Cancellation Fees

In addition to any applicable airline cancellation penalties, EasyToursTravels.com charges a service fee per person per sector for processing cancellations.

4. Last-Minute Cancellations

For e-ticketed reservations canceled within 4 hours of departure, customers must contact the airline directly. In such cases, the airline’s decision on refunds will be final.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure, please contact our customer service via phone. Requests made through email or online forms within this timeframe may not be processed in time.

5. Refund Policy

  • If you modify a booking and the revised fare is higher, you are responsible for paying the fare difference and any applicable rebooking fees.
  • If the revised fare is lower, no refund will be provided for the fare difference.
  • Meals, extra baggage, and other add-ons are non-refundable unless the flight is canceled by the airline.

6. Airline-Initiated Cancellations

In the case of cancellations initiated by the airline:

  • Please notify EasyToursTravels.com within 48 hours of the cancellation.
  • Provide written documentation (such as cancellation notice or boarding denial) to initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the airline’s refund policy.

7. Misuse and Fraud

EasyToursTravels.com reserves the right to cancel any booking and withhold refund in case of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of promotional offers
  • Any behavior deemed as misuse of our services

8. Discount Deductions

If a refund is issued for a partially used ticket or a discounted booking:

  • Any coupons, promotional discounts, or limited-time offers used at the time of booking will be deducted from the final refund amount.

9. Additional Charges

All taxes, surcharges, and fees applicable at the time of travel remain the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
